I already used to go there, and the management was really good, they knew how to handle a cafe, they were polite with the costumers but after changing the management, I recommend never go to cafe plus, cause from the stairs the bad smell can be felt, the Very bad quality of the food and desert and also very rude waiters, they are not professional at all, don't waste your money and time in such cafe.
