کافه لیبرو

مدیریت بسیار ضعیف، پرسنل بی ادب ، مشتری مداری صفر. امروز ما اونجا بودیم توسط یکی از پرسنل چایی ریخته شد روی لباس یکی از بستگان دریغ از یک معذرت خواهی ساده، مدیریت خیلی نامحترمانه برخورد کرد ، کیفیت غذا هم در حد همون برخورد نامحترمانه بود، توصیه میکنم اگر برای خودتون احترام و شخصیت قائل هستید هرگز به این محل نرید

It’s a good cafe ☕️ restaurant 🍽️ in the north region of Tehran, located in Palladium complex 🛍️🛒 The open space atmosphere is lovely and the service is normal. I ordered a coffee latte with a cake 🍰 and it was delicious. 😊

Tried the English breakfast. Portions are big; service is good; staff are friendly and polite; location is wonderful; highly suggest the balcony tables with the outstanding view of the mountains of Tehran...

I recently visited Libro Cafe and had a wonderful experience. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I didn't even have to ask for it, but they kindly brought me a glass of ice alongside my room temperature water, giving me the option to enjoy my drink just the way I like it. I tried both their Ice Latte and Hot Latte, and while they were decent, I have to say they were just average. Perhaps there's room for improvement in terms of flavor and consistency. On the other hand, I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the place. The tables and overall setup were great, providing a comfortable and cozy environment. The music they played added to the enjoyable ambiance. If you happen to be in Palladium Shopping Mall, I highly recommend stopping by Libro Cafe after your shopping spree. It's a perfect spot to unwind and relax for an hour. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Libro Cafe, thanks to the attentive staff, comfortable atmosphere, and convenient location. I would definitely consider returning for the cozy vibes and friendly service.

There are two branches on the same floor. The one selling fruit juice on the Eastern section of the floor with "Vitamin House " name written over the counter is great.Very good management, very friendly and polite staff and reasonable prices. The manager that is the gentleman with a moustache certainly knows how to treat customers contarary to Viunna management. I highly recommend them for fruit juice or coffee.

Worst café experience ever! I came a few minutes before ۱۰ a.m. to be told that the terrace tables weren't ready and would I please wait ۱۵ min. As I sat in the food court, waiting to be served, I noticed the waiter serving someone else in the terrace. They never had the courtesy to tell me when outdoor seating was available! To top it all, the caramel macchiato I paid for, was a cafe latte! I told them this and to my horror, they said, the caramel syrup was already added into the coffee and would I like some more syrup?! I am not ever going to this distasteful overpriced cafe where the service is lousy and they can't tell the coffees apart! کافه ای که به قیمت یک کارامل ماکیاتو، به من کافه لاته دادند! بعد ادعای 'سیروپ کارامل توشه' کردند!

Pathetic and pathetic. Big claims and poor execution. Big menu and terrible cooking. The staff considers themselves customers and hosts. Everything is dirty and everywhere. Uncomfortable furniture and placement. Expensive. Their food is detrimental to your stomach. Not recommend. Who knows life in such saadane will not go.

کیفیت پایین قیمت بالا اصلا راضی نبودیم . به هیچ عنوان توصیه نمیشه

برای صرف صبحانه به این کافه مراجعه کردم املت ساده و چای سفارش دادم. املت همراه با مقدار زیادی رب بود و کمی گوجه با دور چین خیار و گوجه گیلاسی که هر دو پلاسیده و بی کیفیت بود. نان بربری و سنگک هم تازه نبود. چای به نسبت قیمت از کیفیت پایینی برخوردار بود. در مجموع کیفیت پایین بود و از مجموعه پالادیوم انتظار نمی رفت که این کافه با این کیفیت در آن مشغول به کار باشد.
