مدیریت بسیار ضعیف، پرسنل بی ادب ، مشتری مداری صفر. امروز ما اونجا بودیم توسط یکی از پرسنل چایی ریخته شد روی لباس یکی از بستگان دریغ از یک معذرت خواهی ساده، مدیریت خیلی نامحترمانه برخورد کرد ، کیفیت غذا هم در حد همون برخورد نامحترمانه بود، توصیه میکنم اگر برای خودتون احترام و شخصیت قائل هستید هرگز به این محل نرید

It’s a good cafe ☕️ restaurant 🍽️ in the north region of Tehran, located in Palladium complex 🛍️🛒 The open space atmosphere is lovely and the service is normal. I ordered a coffee latte with a cake 🍰 and it was delicious. 😊

Tried the English breakfast. Portions are big; service is good; staff are friendly and polite; location is wonderful; highly suggest the balcony tables with the outstanding view of the mountains of Tehran...

I recently visited Libro Cafe and had a wonderful experience. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I didn't even have to ask for it, but they kindly brought me a glass of ice alongside my room temperature water, giving me the option to enjoy my drink just the way I like it. I tried both their Ice Latte and Hot Latte, and while they were decent, I have to say they were just average. Perhaps there's room for improvement in terms of flavor and consistency. On the other hand, I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the place. The tables and overall setup were great, providing a comfortable and cozy environment. The music they played added to the enjoyable ambiance. If you happen to be in Palladium Shopping Mall, I highly recommend stopping by Libro Cafe after your shopping spree. It's a perfect spot to unwind and relax for an hour. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Libro Cafe, thanks to the attentive staff, comfortable atmosphere, and convenient location. I would definitely consider returning for the cozy vibes and friendly service.

There are two branches on the same floor. The one selling fruit juice on the Eastern section of the floor with "Vitamin House " name written over the counter is great.Very good management, very friendly and polite staff and reasonable prices. The manager that is the gentleman with a moustache certainly knows how to treat customers contarary to Viunna management. I highly recommend them for fruit juice or coffee.
