سرای سنتی شمعدانی

فضای کافه واقعا زیباست. دکور قدیمی و سنتی به همراه یک سری عکس قدیمی که مثل یک موزه می‌‌تونید ازش لذت ببرید. از اونجایی هم که درست کنار رودخانه قرار داره، از زیبایی اون حین غذاتون می‌تونید استفاده کنید. من برای آش رفته بودم اونجا، و کیفیت آش رشته‌شون زیاد جالب نبود. تو همون منطقه آش های بهتری هست. ولی خب فضای خیلی زیبای اونجا این مشکل ر‌و می‌پوشاند.(کیفیت آش بد نبود، صرفا عالی نبود).

Approximately 14 miles outside the city of Karaj, Northwest in middle of no where you will find this beautiful "Traditional Shamdani Restaurant" in the city of Baraghoon. The restaurant is beautifully designed as an authentic traditional house in the villages of Iran. Great ambience with lot of nostalgia. The old antiques along side of old pictures of the locals, transfers the nostalgic feeling of the village. The host/owner, was gracious and friendly with great customer service standards. The food was magnificent, delicious, original and traditional. We had the famous "Ash-e Reshteh" soup, Vegetarian with mix of "Kashk". We followed it with "Mirza-ghasemi"made from roasted eggplants with garlic and tomatoes, which was delicious. The other entrees were "Kofteh Somaq" ground beef meatballs in a somaq sauce, also tasty and original. The last entree we had, which was also our first time trying, was made with "Kashk" fried mint, onions and garlic with ground walnuts. It was delicious and different. Except the Koofteh/meatballs all our dishes were Vegetarian. This is specially true with lot of Persian dishes, specially outside of Tehran! Overall, great place for getting out of the wild city. دراین محل که شباهت به یک موزه مردم شناسی دارد آرامش بخصوصی به انسان می‌دهد حتی درخت های محوطه منحصر بفرد میباشد کمتر می‌توان در نقاط دیگر مشاهده کردغذا های محلی همه ارگانیک میباشد و در این محل قلیان و ممنوع میباشد
