امروز صبح جهت صرف صبحانه با دوستان رفتیم که متاسفانه رفتار پرسنل کاملا غیرحرفه ای بوده و مشتری مداری صفر میباشد که به کافه ای دیگر رفتیم و اولین کافه ای بود که اینقدر مدیریت ضعیف بوده که اولین اصل یعنی مشتری مداری اصلا رعایت نمیشود اگه مشتری راضی باشد مطمئنا مشتری های بیشتری جذب میشوند

Beautiful cafe in the middle of town, very nice yard with awesome views from the tables, tasty drinks with reasonable prices. They also have a nice art shop in the main building where you can buy cool things like books, jewelry, etc.

This cafe is part of the cultural complex of bioland, a bookstore, gift shop, small theater and a beautiful garden with a small pond and an apple tree. The atmosphere is amazing. It is like a piece of paradise in the middle of an urban area. Here I feel very relaxed and like to spend time. I've had a dozen of the menu items and liked almost all of them. Their breakfast items are delicious and nicely garnished. You can order your coffee as 100% arabica or 60-40 mixed. I always go with 60-40.

محیط زیبا و آرام. محیط داخلی و خارجی مناسب برای نشستن. وییو مناسب ،سالن بزرگ برای پرفورمنس و اجرا ،دارای بار گرم و سرد. سالاد چیکن اسپایسی پیشنهاد میشه😋

رفتار و عملکردی بسیار غیرحرفه‌ای و آموزش ندیده. ۴۵ دقیقه برای دو تا شیک نشستیم بعد که بهشون اعتراض کردیم خانم سالندار قیافه گرفتند که چرا اعتراض کردیم و ژوری رفتار کردند که انگار عادی باید باشه. به مدیرشون که خواستیم انتقال بدیم که ایشان هم مثل همان خانم رفتار کردند و رفتارشان را توجیه کردند که در زمان شلوغی اینقدر معطلی عادی است و فکر کردند انتظار داشتیم خارج از نوبت به ما خدمات بدهند. به نظر می‌رسد دچار سومدیریت هستند و آموزش درست حسابی ندیده‌اند و نمی‌دانند ۴۵ دقیقه زمان بسیار زیادی است...
