من ۱روز اینجا اقامت داشتم …بسیاررر مکان قشنگ و دلچسبی داره اتاق خیلی قشنگ و با پرسنل خوش برخورد و خونگرم …در جایی بسیار خوبی واقع شده …در کل همه چیز عالی بود اگر دوباره برم یزد حتما انتخابم اینجا خواهد بود

اقامت نداشتم و فقط بازدید داشتم. مشخصه‌ی این کافی‌شاپ و هتل، پشت بامش با دیدگاه بی نظیریه که داره(تصاویر). مطمئناً در شب زیبایی دوچندانی خواهد داشت. البته پشتی‌ها و روی تخت‌ها و فرش‌ها خیلی مندرس بود.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

This place is really a coffee shop with adjoining rooms rather than a hotel. It is run as a noisy club for the young staff and their mates. I spent ۳ nights here and every evening and night was disturbed by shouting, singing and sometimes amplified music from the coffee shop at one end of the small courtyard. ||The noise starts in the afternoon and continues until after midnight. The staff seem to have no idea that a hotel is a place for guests to rest.||After the first night I assumed the noise was made by other guests and ignored it. During the second night I learned I was the hotel’s only guest and that staff members and their friends were causing the noise. ||Next morning, I complained to the man at reception who promised it would not happen again. But it did. On the third night I had to get out of bed shortly before midnight and tell the revellers to shut up, which they more or less did.||Before checking out I sent a message of complaint to the owner. He apologised and said he would “fine” those responsible for the noise. He offered me another night’s accommodation free of charge. It seemed a hollow and insincere gesture –– he knew I was leaving that day and did not offer to reduce my bill.||Aside from the noise issue, my room was dirty: filthy carpet, mould on the bathroom ceiling and extraction fan clogged with dirt (see pictures). The staff seem reluctant to do any work, least of all cleaning. Also, the cheap spring mattress was very uncomfortable.||I found there are far better courtyard hotels in the old town for around the same price.|

برای فصل تابستان میشه رو تخت های پشت بامش هم نشست ولی برای زمستان فقط چندتا میز و صندلی داخل حیاط بود

اصلا راضی نبودیم برخورد بد و پاسخگویی نامناسب نامرتب و کثیف اصلا شبیه عکس ها نبود و توصیه نمی‌شود

برای یک ساعت اقامت هم این هتل پیشنهاد نمیشه! مدیریت بسیار بد ، وضعیت اتاق ها افتضاح، عدم پاسخگویی درست… همین موضوع باعث ایجاد خاطره بد از شهر زیبای یزد شد، روی تخت پر از مو بود و مسئول هتل اقدامی برای تعویض ملحفه ها نکرد و حتی این مسئله رو نپذیرفت! سرویس فرنگی اتاق دیگر هم مشکل داشت که اومدن با برخورد بد و لهن بد مشکل را به گردن ما انداختن ان هم وقتی بعد از ۸ ساعت رانندگی به هتل رسیدیم و هنوز کامل داخل اتاق مستقر نشده بودیم، تا ساعت ۱۱ صبر کردیم تا اتاق را بررسی کنند و تغییراتی انجام بدن اما اومدن گفتن شما برید و ما کاری نمی کنیم و اصلا با شما طرف نیستیم و برید از سایتی که اتاق را از ان رزرو کردید حرف بزنید، درست در زمانی که تمام هتل های یزد پر بود و مارا ۴ ساعت داخل ماشین منتظر گذاشتند تا اتاق را بررسی کنند.. این حجم از عدم مهمان نوازی بسیار عجیب بود … اصلا پیشنهاد نمی‌کنم .. حتی برای چند ساعت!

من بهمراه همسرم و يك زوج از دوستان با ديدن عكسهاي اين اقامتگاه عاشق پشت بام و فضاي حياطش شديم و ٢ اتاق رزرو كرديم ولي بمحض ورود متوجه اشتباهمان شديم . واقعيت هيچگونه شباهتي به عكسهاي نمايشي ندارد فضاي بيروني حياط و پشت بام و تخت ها (به بهانه آب و هواي منطقه!!!) بينهايت كثيف و حوض لجن آلود و … ما رغبت نكرديم يك استكان چاي در پشت بام بخوريم چه برسد به صبحانه و نهار. در كل پرسنل منحصر بود به يك پسر جوان كه مسئول پذيرش و جوابگوي كليه نيازهاي مسافرين بود و بجز او پرسنلي وجود نداشت !!!! ناگفته نماند كه بجز يك مسافر هندي مسافر ديگري هم وجود نداشت و فقط عصرها ٣-٢ بچه مدرسه اي براي استعمال قليان به پشت بام مي رفتند و بس ! سكوت و كسالت… در كل اين اقامتگاه فاقد مديريت و بقول معروف بي صاحب است و بهيچوجه حتي براي چند ساعت اقامت هم توصيه نميشود Not recommended at all, so untidy with no management

Останавливались в отеле Shaarbaf всего на одну ночь, но впечатлений море. Это небольшой уютный гестахуз в самом центре старого города. Владелец - господин Мельхиор, ему помогают два сына. Эта небольшая команда выполнит все ваши просьбы в самое быстрое время. Номера большие, чистые. Есть все необходимое - мыло, шампунь, гель для душа зубная паста и щетки. Бельё и полотенца идеальной чистоты. В номерах симпатичные купола с цветными стеклами. Это вместо окон. Очень атмосферно. ||Завтрак добротный. Была яичница, картошка жареная с курицей, пюре из чечевицы, свежие гранаты и виноград и море сладкого. Минус- нет зернового кофе. Только растворимый. Но такая проблема во многих отелях Ирана.||Да и купить свежий кофе можно в кофейне на небольшой площади у отеля, а потом подняться на крышу и там любоваться панорамой Йазда - хоть ночью, хоть днем. Или посидеть в уютном дворике гостиницы. ||Очень рекомендую выбрать Shaarbaf Hotel для знакомства с гордом и спокойного отдыха. ||Вход в отель из узкой улочки. Машина может подъехать только к площади у тюрьмы Александра.

Das Shaarbaf Hotel ist ein wunderschönes, traditionelles Hotel mit Innenhof in der Altstadt von Yazd. Ich war etwas unsicher was mich erwartet, da es meine erste Reise in den Iran seit dem Beginn der Coronapandemie war, aber alles war wunderbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, wenn Fragen oder Probleme auftauchen. Durch die gute Lage in der Altstadt lassen sich alle wichtigen Sachen zu Fuß erreichen.||Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet, auf dem Dach gibt es ein Restaurant mit gutem Essen und einer sehr schönen Aussicht über die Dächer von Yazd. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es war sicher nicht mein letzter Besuch hier.

Abbiamo soggiornato ۳ notti con mio marito in questa casa-hotel tradizionale di Yazt e ci siamo trovati molto bene: la posizione è veramente ottima, vicino alla Alexander prison e adiacente una piazza molto viva e carina; la colazione sempre diversa e buona, la tranquillità per riposare e ricaricare le forze. La camera gradevole e comoda,il bagno migliorabile. Consiglio questa struttura

The stay was great, from warming welcome to a memorable goodbye (I stayed in May ۲۰۲۲). The hotel is a beautiful historical building that is updated recently and is conveniently located near the sights you want to see. The room was comfy and spotlessly clean with traditional decoration and modern services. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty with a hot and cold selection. I had my breakfast in the eye-catching outdoor space of the hotel, you can’t imagine, a delicious breakfast in awesome scenery like a dream. That was wonderful. The staff was lovely and super-friendly. They gave me a lot of information about the history of the building and took me to visit an old shaarbaf device that was inside the hotel. There are also some new and active shaarbaf devices that you can visit. All staff were excellent and polite and helped me with anything I needed, travel routes etc. Actually, they went the extra mile to ensure I had a great stay. Thanks to all members of staff, my stay couldn't have been better.||Definitely pleased I stayed there and looking forward to a return.||Highly recommended: Give it a go, you’ll see what I mean!

The atmosphere was good but the breakfasts were awful and there was no restaurant at all

We stayed at the Sharbaaf Hotel for ۴ nights and now we're back already. Hossein ist a very nice host and very helpful. He even stored our bicycles and luggage in a room while we we're taking a short-notice trip to Tehran. The Hotel has two different courtyards and cozy and clean rooms with Iranian or Western toilets. There's also a rooftop where you can sit and enjoy the view over the surrounding badgirs. The breakfast buffet is very good and there's almost too much selection (the falafel is especially good). We can recommend this Hotel very highly, very good value for the price. As soon as you step outside you're in the middle of the maze of wonderful alleys of the old town, many cafés, shops and restaurants within short walking distance.

Nice place to stay in a marvelous area of a unique city . Kind and responsible staff. Delicious food and excellent tea . In the heart of most beautiful area of Yazd. Two yards one for those who prefer silence.

Shaarbaf is located at the heart of Yazd recently renovated traditional tourist hub -Fahadan-where you can have an easy access to the exotic and spectacular maze of the old town and the mysterious narrow alleys and attractive historical houses and market place. My husband and I had a memorable ۳-night stay in this traditional hotel. In Shaarbaf you can experience the joy of being in a historical house tastefilly decorated with traditional furniture. It has an extremely charming yard and cosy terraces, and a roof with a spectacular view of the Yazd traditional area, in all of which you can enjoy your meals and drinks, not to mention their exceptionally delicious tea. The staff are polite, responsible and friendly The manager is so knowledgeable about Yazd cultural heritage and gave us wonderful advice as to which attractions are worth visiting in our limited time. The place is clean and quiet.

چندین سال اخیر تعطیلات نوروز را در هتل شعرباف که مکانی دلچسب با حیاطی زیبا و محیطی صمیمی و پذیرایی گرم و سفره های هفت سین زیباشون اقامت داشتیم.به همه پیشنهادش میکنم .

A very beautiful place to stay. This traditional hotel is located in the old town and no need to get taxi to visit historical places in the town. Excellent food, clean rooms, very friendly manager and stuffs was so nice. It is very peaceful.

Hôtel très calme dans une grande maison traditionnelle, au coeur de la vieille ville. Le personnel est charmant et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont grandes mais simples, les petits déjeuners copieux et délicieux. Un soir où nous ne voulions pas ressortir, nous avons demandé s'il était possible d'avoir un repas (alors qu'il n'y avait pas de restaurant) et comme par magie un excellent kebab nous a été servi.

I was stay there for ۲ nights. All staffs were very friendly and nice. Warm welcoming, good prices. They were arrange tour with very reasonable price. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Highly recommend.

Usamos o restaurante do hotel. Comida deliciosa! Um kebab muito bem servido, com cogumelo, tomate, berinjela e frango. Funcionários super atenciosos e o chef é super simpático. Comida preparada com amor! Excelente opção em Yazd!

Ottima struttura, tenuta bene e pulita, nel pieno centro di Yazd. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, forse i migliori fra tutti quelli conosciuti durante il viaggio.Il prezzo è abbastanza economico rispetto alla media della città e a quello che offre la struttura.

Wir waren ۲ Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die Räume sind sehr traditionell eingerichtet und Geschmackvoll. Die Dachterrasse und der Innenhof sind sehr schön. Frühstücksbüffet ist üppig, Service ist auch gut! ABER, die Betten sind relativ ungemütlich und es gibt keine Klimaanlage, lediglich ein Ventilator.

Lo Shaarbaf è una casa tradizionale convertita in struttura ricettiva collocata magnificamente nel cuore della stupenda città vecchia di Yazd.La nostra stanza tripla era molto molto molto essenziale e il bagno sicuramente non rappresentava il punto di forza.Tuttavia nel complesso pulito e confortevole con personale veramente gentile e affabile.Prezzi in linea con quanto trovato nel suo genere in tutto il paese.Con qualche accorgimento e magari un pò di esperienza in più,può diventare qualcosa di molto molto bello.||Consigliato.

Site restauré avec beaucoup de goût offrant une très belle chambre familiale et des espaces extérieurs soignés. Accueil aux petits soins avec des jeux pour les enfants et une disponibilité discrète de tous les instants. Le barbecue sur le toit-terrasse reste un très beau souvenir.

Amazing hotel. It is beautiful (with a great roof terrace where we had dinner), very well located, clean. And service is excellent. People working there are so nice. They prepared watermelon juices for free for us, a small lunch one day that we were not very hungry (for free as well). You really feel at home, they are the kindest people. I totally recommend this place and I would definitely go back!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa bella dimora storica per ۲ notti, nella spaziosa stanza "Rose" in quanto eravamo ۲ adulti e ۲ bambini. All'arrivo il personale ci ha prontamente accolti con ottime granite alla frutta dimostrandosi da subito estremamente gentili, specialmente con i bambini. La nostra stanza era esattamente come da foto viste sul sito internet, l'unico appunto è stata la copertura delle bellissime vetrate colorate con un tessuto inchiodato al telaio, che non permetteva di spostarlo per poter godere della luce colorata filtrata dai vetri. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito, il bagno era molto piccolo e di certo molto spartano, ma sapevo che sarebbe stato così e quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi. La colazione veniva servita all'aperto, sotto ad un patio. A disposizione qualche piatto caldo salato, succhi, frutta fresca, biscotti, eccecc... Ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio, la dimora è bella, molto tranquilla, l'entrata è in una stradina appartata molto caratteristica. Ma ciò che ci preme sottolineare sono state la gentilezza e la cortesia del personale, i bambini hanno ricevuto delle attenzioni del tutto inaspettate, venivano spesso offerte loro delle buonissime granite accompagnate da piattini di confetti colorati al cioccolato. Piccole cose, che però ti fanno sentire davvero un ospite gradito. Lo consigliamo vivamente, dato che anche la posizione è ottima e permette di visitare a piedi tutta la parte antica della città.

As a tour guide, I have stayed here with my clients several times and it is still my top choice in Yazd as a traditional house hotel. It has several characters: a very comfortable architecture, charming hospitality and perfect location. I will book again while traveling to Yazd again.

Bellissimo hotel inserito proprio al centro di Yazd, in quella che ancora oggi è la parte più bella della città. Ottime camera e buona colazione. Consigliato per chi non vuole spendere tanto e avere un buon servizio.
