Faloudeh Yazdi is a traditional Persian dessert from Yazd.
It's made from thin starch noodles mixed with a syrup made from sugar, rosewater, and sometimes lime juice.
It's served chilled, making it a refreshing treat, especially popular during hot weather. This dessert is similar to the more well-known Faloudeh Shirazi but has its own unique regional twist.
Shir Reza ice cream and faloodeh and juice shop is located in a great location on Wasit Street between Yazd Grand Mosque and Amirchakhmaq complex. The interior of the complex is in the style of traditional architecture of Yazd and is decorated with pottery and beautiful photos and symbols of this city. Falodeh Yazdi is one of the most popular in this store.
