I would give this place a zero if I could. The service is beyond terrible and the staff and the management are extremely rude...Upon our arrival, we asked for an extra chair since we were a group of three and there were only two chairs at our table. The servers refused to provide us with a third chair, and we had to wait for a lovely customer to give up a chair at his table. 20-25 minutes had passed, and we hadn't been served. To make matters worse, a server came up and asked us to "speak quietly to not disturb others". We were having a normal conversation with a normal tone and voice. I couldn't comprehend the thought of going to a coffee shop and having to whisper (like you would do in a library). So, I asked them to cancel our order, and I informed them about our intention to leave. That's when the manager aggressively approached us, did not listen to our side of the story and put the blame on us for the entire scenario. In the meanwhile, the servers were hastily putting our order, which they knew we were not going to consume, on our table. Most egregiously, they made us pay the full amount of the bill before leaving which is literally unheard of- not serving your customer and making them pay the bill. Horrible... Keep away from this place.
