The food is not bad but the staff are not nice. We sit for some time waiting for the waiter to serve us and get our order. When we asked they said we have to go to the front desk and pay first. We also asked for napkins and they started to negotiate that we have enough napkins, three napkins for 8 people!!!! At the end they didn't bother themselves to bring napkins. The manager should educate their staff to respect the customers. Never come back and don't recommend this place.
The location is great !! The view is awesome !
But ; Service is terrible !!!! No work on personal branding -no work on atmosphere- no work on employee's attitude...
I mean at least lucky these guys for having a good view; otherwise they couldn't survive !

The behavior of the staff is definitely the most important factor for choosing a cafe. The extremely unprofessional and demanding behavior of the entrance guard and the service employee in this cafe-resturant is not acceptable in any way. I do not recommend going to this place at all.
قطعا رفتار پرسنل مهم‌ترین فاکتور برای انتخاب یک کافه است. رفتار به شدت غیرحرفه ای و طلبکارانه نگهبان ورودی و کارمند خدمات در این کافه رستوران به هیچ عنوان قابل قبول نیست. درحالی که مسئول پذیرش گفت میز خالی داریم اما دربان کاسه داغ‌تر از آش بود و میگفت باید مسئول خدمات شخصا بیاد پایین و به من اطلاع بده. رفتن به این مکان رو اصلا پیشنهاد نمیکنم.
This cafe has the best view to the historical parts of kashan. Calming atmosfere specially at nights with a view of Kashan's symbol : Boroujerdi House.
I enjoyed visiting this place.
The parking place is in front of thid cafe. Foods were normal.
